At the Avenue Motor Lodge we use a white striped TopSheet on every bed instead of a bedspread. As we believe it’s a safer and more hygenic way to look after the health and welfare of our guests, as each TopSheet gets changed wtih every stay and they are all professionally laundered.

We serve a full cooked breakfast (delivered to rooms) for $20 and a continental breakfast (delivered the night before) for $14.50.
What traveller type is most suited?
We have all types of guests staying but our main market is the corporate traveler.
What can I do nearby?
DVD Players are available inside the rooms, dvd’s can borrowed from reception. Close by are the bontanic gardens, info centre, Maori Rock Art Centre, CBAY swimming pool and Caroline Bay.
Do you have internet?
Yes, we provide free wireless or broadband internet. Fair use applies.
Do you provide parking?
We have a large carpark which provides free parking on our property for guests.
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, we require notification at least 24 hours before your reservation arrival date, otherwise the first night, or only night will be charged.
