The Avenue Motor Lodge is situated on a tree-lined Avenue, Craigie Ave. It is a central, but quiet location, close to Timaru Hospital, Aoraki Polytechnic, Roncalli College, Timaru Girls High School, 5 minutes by car to Caroline Bay and the new Aquatic Centre. Countdown Supermarket is only 2 blocks from the motel and the town centre 1.2 km. The Botanic Gardens are an easy 5 minute walk away. There is no truck breaking or trains to interrupt your sleep.

We now have new managers (chefs) and have available to our guests packed lunches, meals for dinner and espresso coffees at reception - Monday to Friday.
